Team leader - Signalman
Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Team Leader - Signalman to join our dynamic team in Montreal. The Team Leader - Signalman will be responsible for the planning and daily management of a team of approximately 15 signalmen.
Main Responsibilities:
~50% of the time:

Take charge of planning activities on construction sites

Respond to client requests

Track progress and provide regular reports to management

Other related tasks

Ensure the application of safety standards and signaling procedures

Coordinate with other teams to ensure the efficiency and safety of operations

Requirements:
-
French speaking (mandatory)
-
Previous experience as a signalman (2-3 years)
-
Experience in team management (6 months to 1 year)
-
Valid STC-SIR-1 Signalman card (mandatory)
-
Driver's License and personal vehicle for travel to job sites (mandatory)

Computer skills and proficiency with office tools

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
Additional Compensation: Overtime pay
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday / Weekends as needed
Job Location: Frequent travel
